Joe C. St. Pierre
1950-2007

The members of the Texas CHP Initiative mourn the passing of founding Board Chairman Joe C. St. Pierre. Joe's tireless leadership and wise counsel were instrumental in the formation and operation of the Texas CHP Initiative. Joe led the legislative and regulatory efforts in 2007 to change the public policy for combined heat and power in Texas. We will press forward with renewed dedication because that's the way Joe would have had it.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations in Joe St. Pierre's name may be made to either the Knights of Columbus or Boy Scout Troop 599 in care of Aris Chapel at St. John Vianney Catholic Church - 625 Nottingham Oaks Trail Houston, 77079.
