TXCHPI members shape the policy direction of the organization. Members receive timely notice of Board of Directors meetings and General Membership meetings, Members have access to the "Members Only" portion of this Web site, including access to past meeting agendas, Board of Director decisions, meeting minutes, presentation downloads, survey results, member contact information, draft TXCHPI positions, TXCHPI regulatory filings and white papers.

Membership is open to anyone who supports the mission statement:
The Texas CHP Initiative champions combined heat and power as 
the most effective, economical and environmentally-sensible
energy option for Texas.
