Texas CHP Initiative

The Texas CHP Initiative has adopted an action plan to address its educational activities before the Texas Legislature and agencies of the State of Texas. The plan also addresses TXCHPI's coordination with the Gulf Coast Clean Energy Regional Applications Center to provide workshops, training sessions and meetings with municipal and county government local officials, and energy managers as schools, hospitals, colleges and universities. The Texas CHP Initiative is meeting with the facility owners, operators and energy managers at target facilities to make them aware of the opportunities:
Hotels Prisons Schools Airports Hospitals Grocery Stores Office Buildings Food Processing Plants Refrigerated Warehouses Colleges and Universities Emergency Management Facilities Homeland Security & Sanctuary Locations Manufacturing Plants (pharmaceutical, semiconductor, etc.).
